Shipping Policy and Cost
All items offered in the shop are securely packed and shipped to you using USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail (insured) or Global Priority Mail for all international orders. I make every single effort to ship within 1-3 business days. Custom orders are generally shipped within 15 business days. If there is a need for a quicker shipment, please use my contact page to convey me about your needs prior to your purchase and we can make arrangements for a faster shipping method. Return Policy and Jewelry Warranty

Do to certain circumstances all items found within these categories are not eligible for a return credit or refund, unless they have been damaged during the shipping process.

Returns are accepted on Paper Collage Art items within 14 days of your purchase for a store credit only. All items must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
-Jewelry-
I make every single effort to pack your jewelry item in an extremely safe and secure manner, but if for some reason during the shipment process damage should occur, please contact me immediately after receiving your item.
If you are to receive your jewelry and sadly it just does not live up to your expectations you may return it in it's original condition within 14 days for a store credit only. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

-30 Day Jewelry Warranty-
I STRIVE to have excellent craftsmanship and test the quality of my products but sometimes unforeseen things just happen. That is why I offer you a 30 day warranty against any craftsmanship failure (i.e. chain, wire or clasp breakage). If any of the above should happen during your 30 days I ask that you please contact me as soon as possible and we can make arrangements for me to make any repairs free of charge. You will be responsible for any return shipping cost.
Handcrafted items One-of-a-kind Guarantee
I have a strong desire to offer only truly unique designs in my online store. I WILL NOT remake any design that is offered here. You may find that some designs may include similar components but there will never be any two exactly alike. I respect the handmade market and strive to support it so you can rest assured that if you buy an item from my shop you will be the only one in the whole-wide world to have it.
Custom Orders
I will happily make any custom order within reason of design and time constraints. If you are interested in having an item custom made please contact me and we can discuss any thoughts and ideas that you may have and at that point see if I can make them into a reality.
